I pride myself on achieving the best possible price for my clients
When two, three or even more people want to buy the same property—they compete for it. This pushes up the price and ensures you are getting the best possible price.
My job is to create competition among
interested parties.

I will recommend the method I will believe will achieve the highest price, however ultimately, you the vendor, have the power to choose the method which you feel most suits you.

When selling a property, we have two primary methods of sale choices—Private Treaty or Auction


The auction method is recommended:
• Where the aim is to achieve the premium price.
• When it is important to have a set time frame to work with.
• Where the client is comfortable using market de-mand to help achieve the price.
• For any property in any market where the
client is committed to selling.

Marketing without a price
• A premium price comes from the
competition between buyers. The more
buyers, the more competition, the higher
the price.
• With price removed, enquiries are higher and increase the opportunity of revealing the premium buyer.

Selling at auction
Absence of price reduces the risk of it being rejected on price.
• A definite unconditional sale is made
under the hammer, assuming the reserve
price is reached.
• Set date of sale encourages potential buyers to act quickly.
• The auctioneer is a professional
negotiator, that undergoes extensive
• You have the right to set the reserve price, below which the auctioneer is not permitted to sell, giving you greater
• By running an extensive marketing
campaign, you have more opportunity to
achieve the best possible
